Refund will only be given if proof of purchase is provided.
The parcel may be disposed of if any unqualified items are put in the parcel without our permission.
The parcel may be delayed due to customs clearance and / or poor weather conditions.
There is no warranty for any war conditions or any force majeure.
Any extra charges incurred, such as customs clearance, will be the responsibility of the sender or the receiver.
We will not be liable to you if customs hold or lose the container. We will not pay the parcel value or refund any postage charge: for any items damaged.
Or for Loss, damage or breakage of any part of any articles that comprise goods which are not accepted for carriage or storage by the Company
Or for any special handling requirements in respect of the goods which have not been notified to the Company
Always check the rules and regulations with the authorities of the country you are sending the parcel
