Fragile items are not allowed
All shipments must go through an import procedure as determined by custom law in the destination country. A shipment is cleared through customs based on the country of origin, its value and quantity. Dutiable shipments are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The calculation of duties depends on the assessable value of a dutiable shipment. For the purpose of this calculation, dutiable goods are given a classification code known as the Harmonized System code. This system has been assigned by the World Customs Organization and continues to evolve.
The payment of duties and any taxes will be the responsibility of the sender.
Taxes are imposed on goods when they are moved across a political boundary, although some free trade zones exist around the world e.g. The European Union. Taxes are imposed on imported goods and sometimes on exported goods
If any money is owed for example, if we have to pay any duty/tax on your behalf then we will be entitled to hold on to your Parcel/Goods for a limited period until we recover what is owed to us. At the end of the period we will either sell or destroy the item.
We will terminate the contract if any of these conditions are breached, or we suspect fraud, provided that we do not owe you anything at the time.
We will not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged due to events outside of our control such as wars, rioting or natural disasters
